Kinderfest

On the Saturday before Easter we went to the Kinderfest on post. As most post sponsored activities it was completely free! The girls played the games as many times as they wanted and we lasted the entire 3 hours without a melt down (from the girls or from me being a single parent!) :)

They loved the bunny and I'm not sure how many times Kailee found him to give him a hug! The Egg Hunt went fast like most "field drops" do...Hailey got a lot but Kai was a second behind on every egg. She got a few at the beginning but Hailey was more than happy to share considering she only liked the Hershey Kisses out of the eggs.

They loved the D.A.R.E. Lion as much as the bunny!

In addition to the bouncey slide they had sack races, bean bag toss, dunk tank, pie in the face (wish Leevi were here for that!), tie-dyed t-shirts, face painting, and free lunch!Face painting (with Mrs. Phyllis) Kailee crashed in the final two minutes on our 20 minute walk home.

Later that afternoon we played outback with the neighborhood kids...popcicle break....a whole lotta girls!

And finished the evening off with a sprinkler run!The girls' baskets on Easter Eve...carrots and pictures for the Bunny and eggs in the center basket for him to fill and hide.
