Less Than 2 months until R&R!!!

We are getting so close!!!! And excited!!!!! We are just under 2 months until Leevi is home on vacation and then by the time he leaves, we'll have just over 2 months until he's home for good! :) He is getting ready to move to his 3rd FOB (Forward Operating Base) and these pics below are from the one he just left. He can't imagine the new one being any worse than Dwyer. :) I can't imagine what the mental readjustment to civilization will feel like or the mental prep of knowing you have to go back. At least we have made it over the halfway mark!!! Although, our house could be somewhat like a war zone...a 3 yr old sneak attacking you with a pounce in the morning; land mines of toys always under your feet; and instead of pooping in a bag I could offer him many a poopy diaper to change. AND we have sand too, but the kind that is perfect to wiggle your toes in while drinking a Mai Tai! :) All joking aside, let the countdown begin!!!!

And my favorite...a 7 foot tall 50, 000 gallon bag of #%&@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Soooooo, I guess the Marines that got there brought PortaPotties, but the Afghanis that were hired to take the waste away quit!!!! So, the waste is dumped into these bags for now....hmmmm. Leevi and the Navy guys are pooping in a wagbag. I wasn't quite sure exactly what he meant so I googled "wagbag" and low and behold it was all clear!!! :) I couldn't resist not passing along the info...read below!
