We were so excited to spend a few days with my friend from college, Claire. She also has two little girls, Caroline (3.5) and Grace (2.5). (Caroline and Hailey are only 1.5 months apart)
In their matching "Ariel" jammies
Grace, Caroline, Hailey and Kailee
Strong little sisters!
In birth order :)
Claire and I took the two older girls to Busch Gardens for a day (the two little ones stayed at home with Claire's mother-in-law) I couldn't believe how brave the girls were and they rode EVERY ride that they were tall enough to go on. Hailey rode some rides there that I wouldn't go on until I was in junior high!! :) We all had a blast and were grateful that the little ones were at home because we probably wouldn't have lasted as long as we did.
Hailey checking the map while waiting to go into the park. I have to add that Hailey and I got in for free with the "Here's to the Heroes" program...each military personnel/dependents can get one free admission to any Anheuser Busch theme park every year (Sea World, etc.)
Won't bore you with a picture of each, but the girls got to meet ALL of the Sesame Street characters!!!The Sesame Street part of Busch Gardens was awesome...great rides that the adults could go on with your kid, a squirt park, and a performance every hour! We probably could have stayed in that section all day!
We marveled at how they could go from a thrilling coaster to a kiddie ride with equal enjoyment!
The Permi-smile!!!! Their moods were amazing for going so hard all day long!!
They crashed right away on the ride home that night
Claire and I even took turns riding on the Griffon roller coaster (200ft in the air, 90 degree drop at 120 mph after they hang you over the hill for 5 seconds! Amazing!!)
Walking to their annual neighborhood BBQ
Claire, Claud and girlsShe played on this cooler with that piece of trash FOREVER!
Kailee had grabbed Caroline's cupcake and shoved it in her mouth before Caroline could even utter a cry for help! :)
