Kailee crashed on the short drive home and didn't move while I was changing her clothes. 
We had to say goodbye to our Christmas Elf, Snowy, who had been watching over the girls and reporting to Santa for the past few weeks. He moved around every night when he returned back from the North Pole, but must have seen it fitting to sit in the tree on Christmas Eve. 
Since you aren't allowed to touch the elf (he'll loose his magic!) Hailey was really scared to be this close to him for a picture.
