Washington

En route to Hawaii, we stopped in Spokane for a few days.  It was awesome to see family and it was a good way to break up the long flights.  Leevi found the perfect house in the wilderness with enough bedrooms for the majority of his family!  The cousins had a blast together and we all loved the outdoors and being away from electronics for the week!

Such a breathtaking view!!!!!!
Isaiah, Megan, Luke, Hailey, CJ, Will, Naomi, Kailee, Leo (hiding), Brandon, Rich, Jeanie, Whitney, Leevi, Claudia...we were just missing Josh!

Luke beat himself up pretty badly by tumbling backwards down the hill!

Aunt Naomi and all of her nieces!
Our little family (even Leila girl)
So relaxing in between the stress of packing out in Missouri and then unpacking in Hawaii
Grandma and Grandpa
Ridiculous, right??!!!!
So much space to roam and explore!

The weather couldn't have been more perfect!!!

A little swim area was about 20 minutes away that we went to a few times!

Whitney in Grandpa's beloved El Camino
Some early morning down time while we were waiting for the rest of the house to wake up.
Their imaginations kicked into gear with all of that fresh air to their brains.
They found an animal skull (maybe a cow) Leevi bleached this jaw and they played dentist!!

Flowers are much nicer than skeleton bones and teeth
All of the cousins!
Youngest to Oldest
We drove to Two Rivers casino and resort where Leevi's grandfather used to park his RV for the summer.  They had some fun activities set up for the 4th of July.

You could definitely wake up to that view and peacefulness everyday!
Grandpa was a victim of the YouCam Make Up app
Horseshoes with Aunt Megan and Uncle Isaiah
Whitney's first time meeting this side of the family

We drove into Spokane one afternoon to visit with Aunt Nancy and Great Gramma

Whitney getting some Fancy Nancy time and Leevi chatting with his Gramma

LOVE
The kids had a blast playing with Sweet Pea

I love this flashback of Kailee at about the same age as Whitney in the pic above.
Leevi drove his Gramma home and then we went to a Spokane Indians baseball game with Fancy Nancy
There was a fun kids area at the game
And fireworks at the end!

A baseball hat for Coconut from Dippin Dots at the game.
Luke trying out his real bow

Gotta love the tongue

Game night
The scenery looks fake
We had a wonderful week with family and enjoyed the down-time before the craziness continued.
