Kailee is FIVE!!!

Kailee was sooooo excited for her birthday this year!  We had to make a birthday link countdown because her incessant questioning about "how many more days" was driving me batty!  :)

We like to draw out the birthday fun, so we celebrated on Thursday on her actual birthday and then had her party on Saturday.  The Green boys stopped by on the walk to school for some birthday cinnamon rolls on Thursday.
We let Kai open one present that morning before school and work (hence the CRAZY hair!)  And we let her hunt in the garage for one more present...a baby seat for her bike!
Excited to celebrate that evening with more presents and cake!
Thursdays are busy after school with gymnastics and a bible study for Leevi, but we managed to squeeze in a birthday dinner, presents, and cake!
The Green boys also have a busy Thursday with karate, but they came down after dinner for some cake!
This little stinker kept wanting me to take his picture!  When I'd point the camera in a different direction, he'd throw a fit and when I pointed it at him, he'd flash his gorgeous smile!
I used a different frosting for Kailee's cupcake cake and was totally disappointed compared to Luke's (and Luke's was just from a can!)  Kailee's flowers kept falling off and were flat and crunchy.  It still tasted yummy though.
This is the most adorable tea set in the world!!!!!!  This was actually a Christmas present from last year that I ordered from Disney but it didn't arrive until January.
Hailey's sweet birthday card for Kailee
Cheesing for the camera again!
After a busy morning of soccer, we had the Greens and Millers over for a birthday party BBQ. We were blessed with a gorgeous afternoon!!!!
We did mosey inside for one fun craft (marshmellows and shish kabob skewers)
 Present fun!
Pinata fun!  The butterfly became a caterpillar real quickly!
A few too many sweets!
And back inside for a cake picture (and then back OUTSIDE to eat it!)

She had an awesome day and was more than ready for bed!  She got a Book on CD from the Greens so she listened to that for her bedtime story while snuggling her new beanie boo from the Millers.
Her new clothes from Uncle Mike although I'm not sure he intended her to wear all of it together!
The girls each got these beautiful dresses with matching dresses for their dolls/stuffed animals from Grandma Pat and Granddaddy for their birthdays, so Hailey decided to get hers out too to wear to church the same day.  I didn't put Luke in the picture but he posed there himself (and note Leevi caught in the mirror trying to get Luke to smile!)
Quite the princess!!!  This was actually one of her presents from her 4th birthday!
We love you, baby girl and are so blessed that God chose us to be your parents!!!

And the bday videos...
